Postage and handling

• All orders are sent via registered Australia Post and will include a tracking number after processing. You will recieve a confirmation email with the tracking number when we post your order.

• Orders will be processed in 1-5 business days, but are generally posted the same or next business day.

• Orders within Australia are $15 Standard or $20 Express (flatrate). Australian orders of $100 or more are free.

International postage

• We offer international postage.

• Rates are shown at the checkout upon entering your postal address.

• When ‘Shipping Address’ appears at checkout, change the country from the dropdown menu to see postage options.

Packaging

• Books are bubble wrapped and posted in a satchel.

• A2 prints are placed into a plastic sleeve and posted in a rigid Australia Post poster tube.

• A4 prints are placed into a plastic sleeve and posted in a rigid mailing envelope.

Returns

We will replace any damaged or faulty items (see the returns policy).
